identify risks to own health in supporting an individual with personal hygiene routines and also identify others who may be involved in supporting the individual to maintain personal hygiene please need really help cant write anything

Hi carolajna873,

Think about possible moving and handling injuries and  cross infection (from the individual, materials and equipment).

Think about those involved in the risk assessment and care planning as well as those involved in direct care.
