Hi carolajna873,

See here:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/science/humanbody/body/

Use it to explain how bones, muscles and joints work an how it is important to understand their limitations and correct moving and positioning of individuals.

See specific conditions here:

http://www.hse.gov.uk/pubns/priced/hsg225.pdf

Hope that helps

Hi carolajna873,

Think about joints such as the knee or elbow and how they bend and what could happen if they are pulled, over extended or forced to move in the wrong direction.

Hope that helps
