PLEASE HELP ME WITH THESE FEW QUESTIONS ON CU2645 MOVE AND POSITION INDIVIDUALS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THEIR  PLAN OF CARE

1.IDENTIFY ANY IMMEDIATE RISKS TO THE INDIVIDUAL

2. DESCRIBE ACTIONS TO TAKE IN RELATION TO IDENTIFIED RISKS

3 DESCRIBE WHAT ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN IF THE INDIVIDUALS WISHES CONFLICT WITH THEIR PLAN OF CARE IN RELATION TO HEALTH AND SAFETY AND THEIR RISK ASSESSMENT

Hi stheronell,

1 Example - the hoist is broken.

2 What would you do?

3 Would you do what she wants or ether seek immediate advice/support or advise her that you must follow her risk assessment this time but that you will report her choices for a new risk assessment.

4 When the required equipment is not available, when the individual's condition/ability has changed/deteriorated, when you have not been trained to deal with a specific situation eg new equipment etc.

Hope that helps
