Explain how these people can help you appreciate your stengths and areas for development,
Manager,
Supervisor,
Other social care workers,
Other professionals,
The individuals you support.

Having a complete mental block  Undecided
I hate having to ask, it feels like cheating but just need push in the right direction.

Thanks

Hi tracytom,

Don't worry I'm not going to answer them for you. I will just guide you with ideas.

Manager - think about your appraisals

Supervisor - observation of you, feedback

Other social care workers - feedback, discussions/chats that reveal your learning needs

Other professionals - feedback, you observing them (can you do what they do and new ways of working)

The individuals you support - feedback, individual needs can mean a different way of working for each person, they may have conditions that are new to you etc.

Now explain each further.

Hope that helps

Aunty Sue
