My mind has gone am stuck helpppppppp.

5.1 evaluate how learning activities have affected practice.

5.2 explain how reflective practice had let to improved ways of working

5.3 explain how to record progress in relation to development

Hi stellalucy,

5.1 Think about how, for example, a training session or some shadowing that you did has affected how you now work. For example, moving and handling training might have made you more aware of the dangers to your back when lifting objects so you are now much more careful.

5.2 This is about thinking about how you did a piece of work - was it good/poor, effective/not effective, could you have done it differently or better?

5.3 Use your own development plan if you have one. If not see here for ideas:
