Hi there i am currently doing LD303 and am stuck on outcome 4.3 and 4.4
(4.3 the extent to which an individuals participation over time represents the balance of the activity associated with a valued lifestyle)
(4.4 explain the changes required to inprove the quality of an individuals participation to promote independence, informed choice and a valued life)
any help would be really appreciated as this unit needs to be done before my next meeting.

Hi Lisa,
4.3 Look at the range of activities the individual has undertaken over time (eg 2 weeks, 4 weeks etc). Did they include a balanced mix of vocational, domestic, personal, leisure, educational and social activities?
4.4 What changes do you need to make to the activities that will give the individual more involvement, give them more independence and give them more information that gives them more choices in order for them to have a better quality of life? For example instead of doing something for them could you find a way for them to do it for themselves?
