Hi ALL, i recently qualified as an assessor and have had no luck getting a job, i want to assess in Health and Social Care, i have worked in the job now for 31 years, however, due to me having very little experience in assessing no one seems to want to give me a chance, therefore, i am considering gaining experience by working part time on an unpaid basis, i would be grateful for any advice or information anyone can give.
