I have just started the Level 3 Lead Adult Care Worker Apprenticeship through my work.

My tutor has asked to do a case study on equality and diversity and inclusion. I'm stuck as I don't know how to start the case study off.

All help appreciated

Hi you could write a case study on someone you support who perhaps needs help with accessing services because of a disability or health need. it may help to know what area of care you work in, explain how you have identified that persons needs and helped them to make adaptations or get help from other agencies to enable their needs to be met.

hope that helps you to start off with this unit.
